With a 5000 year long history, China have always had a rich culinary heritage and today, that heritage manifests itself in various cooking techniques across the world. ANG Restaurant invites you on a culinary journey to discover our modern iteration of heritage recipes, while staying true to our namesake, 昂 (áng).
This character means “elevated” in the Chinese language, it is a character that embodies our values here at ANG: the heart and soul of every dish crafted in our kitchen, using selected seasonal ingredients to elevate Chinese cuisine to new heights.

The Experience
Your culinary journey begins as you enter the Ang Dining Room: a space designed to elevate your dining experience, from teak furnitures to stone finish, everything is by design.
Sit by our Teppan Bar and watch the action, or enjoy quality time on our family-seating zone, there are seating for every occasion. Do not miss our menu, which rotates every 6 month, featuring authentic dimsum, seasonal live seafood and signatures such as HK roasted meats and our homemade heritage desserts.

MEET CHEF SRI
Chef Sri is at the helm of ANG, the man behind our Menu 1.0, the man working his magic behind the scenes. He began his career in Bali’s culinary scene back in 2008, constantly honing his skills throughout his career. Today, he has mastered all four cornerstones of Chinese cooking ranging from dumplings, Chinese barbecue, wok-cooking to knife work.
His continuous love and craft in Chinese culinary arts led him on a mission to elevate the flavours of different regions, now embodied in ANG Restaurant.
